Its only anti-religous if you think nothing about the bible should be changed.
they took the story noah from the bible and added some extra filler that never happened for when they are on the boat ([sp]Noah thinks man should not procreate due to the flood and god wanting to wipe the earth clean, but one of the characters gets pregnant and noah promises to kill the baby if its a girl. this is the part of the movie that pissed off alot of people i know who are christian.[/sp]). everything else besides that is really cool and i really liked the movie.

Might as well give my opinion quickly.
It's REALLY long, and the movie has a much better first half than second half. Funnily enough the part on the ark is easily the worst one, with the construction and all the shit around it being the best part by far. The visuals are great with some really interesting ideas like how the pre-flood world is (implied to be as evolved as 19th century Europe except there are no trees, everything is mining based) and the creatures walking around (there's a sort of weird-ass goat species with armored scales, and rock giants).
The movie also manages to slip evolution into the whole creation/genesis thing, it just doesn't take the most risky step and avoids showing humanity as part of the whole evolution gig.
Also people are probably saying it's anti religious because Noah is being a fucking asshole through the movie due to his visions. You also never see god directly and some parts of Noah's visions and messages are implied to be fits of schizophrenia by how the scenes are shot. It's definitely fantastical more than religious.
Possibly the dumbest, most weirdly unexplained thing about the movie is that Noah never shuts the fuck up about how men should never kill animals or eat them and how murder is the worst thing ever in all circumstances, yet he fucking murders like ten people directly (and by that I mean he doesn't let them die, he fucking stabs a dude through an artery and bashes a bunch of skulls in as well as some axe chopping) and his family wears leather.
Oh and Methuselah is played by Anthony Hopkins, loves red bays and has a fucking flaming sword.
