I am positive this image is fake, for a couple of reasons
First, no human being no matter how retarded would give a baby a loaded revolver, after all that's just stupid on levels i can't describe

The picture is an photoshopped association of two unrelated photographs and fake text.
I don't know much about the baby holding a gun but the right picture was a juggalo couple who lost their kid (I think due to drug use during pregnancy) and basically tried to turn the event into a cashgrab, effectively sponsoring their own child's burial.

I also seriously doubt an infant that small could pull a revolver's trigger with it aimed at any part of its body.
Revolvers have the most trigger pull of any firearm unless the hammer is already cocked. Seriously it's like 10+ pounds usually.
