They're trained to take punches and they're trained to make hits look harder than they really are. The only time wrestlers get really hurt are accidents, otherwise fights are supposed to be choreographed in such a way that it only looks like it hurts.
Most of the moves don't tickle, mind you, but nobody is going to get bruised or cut up or anything like that if it's done correctly.
