When I was younger I used to browse on my laptop in the dark, and I saw a spider walking across my screen. I chuckled to myself because I had seen the one gif about 30 minutes before and I wasn't falling for it again. Until I leaned over to grab a drink and I saw one of it's legs lift out towards me, then I promptly fell out of my chair.

this happens to me multiple times every year when it starts getting wet, presumably because spiders personally hate me
you eventually learn to resist the urge to powerbomb your computer through the floorboards & flee the country
