In the UK they've been forced to make the small print a lot bigger, and on adverts for mortgages it has to say "YOUR HOME WILL BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS" in big letters at the bottom of the screen

Also, the original Deus Ex made the final mission a gigantic sprawling level with lots of different objectives. Each different ending meant you had to complete different objectives in different parts of the level instead of just choosing one and clicking a button.
