This is prime faceswap material.
Listen, this is how it's done: [sp] Mislead people by zooming on on the second-funniest face - and then swap out the funniest face instead. [/sp]

The fact its head stays so stable is actually pretty fascinating.
It's like that thing you can do with chickens? I assume that it's not a part of the camera.

Never understood how that works.
The head is stable because the camera is mounted on the head...
The head is stable because the camera is mounted on the head...
...
And the head isn't shaking around...
Ergo the head is stable. If the head wasn't the view would be shaking like crazy.

Do you understand how cameras work you dingus?
Whatever a camera is mounted on doesn't move in relation to the camera, the head isn't really stable.

Don't worry people, this is SuitSat-01, a space suit repurposed to work as a satellite. It was sent out of the ISS back in 2006.

Note when the bird turns sideways the body banks and the head stays in the same orientation.
If the bird's head wasn't steady, the camera would be shaking and banking on curves. There's a reason these things exist:

And what were they inspired by? Birds.
Many birds have heads that function in the same way, providing compensating reflexes to make up for movement to allow them to maintain steady vision while flying at intense speeds and tracking prey. I was simply pointing out that the fact that they can do that is fascinating.
Dingus.

You could still expect the view of the landscape behind the bird to be more shaky than it is. That's all he was saying.
