anyone that posts the meme again for a few pages gets rated dumb
a couple of weeks or months later the meme returns under the tag "old gold"

Just have someone code a spambot that cross posts on here and reddit, and drive people insane as they attempt to copy the content from one forum and paste it in the other, thus pissing everyone off faster than normal because it will always be late content.
