But it's not the ball bouncing over her head, it's just the hamster. In fact, the ball itself bounces a lot less high than the height at which it was dropped.
If you do a kinetic energy assessment, it could work; in an extreme case where all of the kinetic energy of the ball is transmitted to the hamster upon bouncing, the hamster retaining its initial energy, it would bounce higher.
Not saying it's not fake, but it's not "physically impossible".
