It's saying that even if you're dumb enough to do it that way, you can still graduate because most tech schools basically don't fail people.

Get tomorrows date by putting the program to sleep (basically just idle) for 24 hours, and then get the current date

Ok, so in Late 2012/Early 2013 everyone was sort of getting on this trend of Old Runescape private servers that emulated how the game was in 2007 because the actual game had just released an update a shit ton of people didnt like, myself included. There were a lot of threads on /v/ and eventually we moved to /vg/, and lots of posts with the chatheads of the old characters like the gnome child, the cat, etc. with text from the game under them found widespread use in the threads. The one with the gnome child in particular said "slayer" underneath.

On tumblr, there was an audio post that had the aforementioned picture of the child and the audio was the Halo 3 announcer saying "Slayer" to coincide with the text on the image, which many users found funny because of the juxtaposition between the face of the gnome and the voice of the announcer.
On the 2007scape reddit about a month or so ago, the users found a deeper fascination with the child when they started reading his chat messages which were philosophical in nature, like "to be or not to be" and "Be the change you wish to see in the world".
The most recent instance of his popularity surfaced on tumblr 2 or 3 days ago when popular blogs started making variations of the audio post made about a year prior with other voice clips from the announcer with coinciding edits to the child.
