If you pay attention, the majority of video game gag-a-day webcomics have been repeating the same jokes for years and years. Often they just slap whatever game is popular at the moment onto a generic joke.
Remember when Bioshock Infinite came out and suddenly the generic joke of "haha he eats food to regain health and takes food and other items out of places like bins and random barrels and the floor" was suddenly funny again?
