choosing to look 'different' and 'alternative' is different to looking a mess because you can't be bothered to maintain something
[editline]23rd September 2013[/editline]
of course he is going to do whatever he likes, but i've been saying that my personal opinion is that he cannot grow a beard yet and currently it makes him look a mess - which he so easily couldn't
[editline]23rd September 2013[/editline]
a messy beard isn't a "oh i wanted to show a bit of personality" it's "i couldn't be arsed"
[editline]23rd September 2013[/editline]
and to be fair NoDachi, you can hardly comment on the messy beard discussion
why not

I hope you're happy, you beardophobes[/QUOTE]
It's funny how much a beard can change how a person looks. It's like seeing pictures of two different people.
I think the hair is looking worse than the beard in that pic
but where are you going with this
you personally think a messy beard looks good so you're going to fight for it
i personally don't think a messy beard looks good (on anyone) and that's what i'm saying, and you're saying i'm vapid because of that
so we both occupy different positions on the same subject - apparently
yet i'm not allowed to comment on the discussion
I would love a none messy beard fanx
[editline]23rd September 2013[/editline]
anyways
"nobody likes a scruff"
is vapid regardless how you cut in
having a beard doesn't make you look like a scruff, having a patchy beard that looks shit that you don't bother to shave makes you look like a scruff, and i'm fairly certain that's not just my own personal opinion.
i love a good beard, my best friend and boyfriend both have very good ones, and they're great. i have other friends that can't yet grow a proper one, accept it and shave instead of having patchy bumfluff taking over parts of their faces
[editline]23rd September 2013[/editline]
and when i said "you can hardly comment..." is because you have a fairly patchy and uneven beard, and you keep it unshaven so i can only assume you think it looks good, ergo your opinion is that a patchy beard looks good
Messed with my hair a bit. Better or worse?

thumbs up
[editline]23rd September 2013[/editline]
you don't wanna keep it down flat and look like a normal person now do you??
[editline]23rd September 2013[/editline]
(no but seriously it looks good)
nodachi's beard is pretty rad lets be honest here now

Idk I tried the no beard thing a couple months ago
[img]http://i.imgur.com/TQrKXEN.png[/img]

plus i started getting id'd again which sux
you're giving me a complex now autum
I don't know. I agree that his beard is a bit of a shit beard but nonetheless for whatever reason he seems to look better with it than without it, to me

i think the haircut is what's making you look like that, not necessarily the lack of beard. you're a good looking lad but seriously, that beard...
[editline]23rd September 2013[/editline]
*patchy beard

I prefer your hair like that :) with the beard situation though I think I'd go for stubble, it's a happy medium and it's difficult to go wrong with it. Plus it's naturally manly without potentially looking like you're trying to hard to be manly (not to say that's what you were doing, it's just sometimes how it can look with anyone). I just like stubble a lot I guess
my stubble makes me look like a meth addict
the stubble on my cheeks poofs out straight and looks prickly and the stubble on my sideburns lays completely flat no matter what, with a bunch of hairless spots in between, and of course the majority of it grows on my neck
I like stubble, and I like a beard, but they atleast need not to be patchy, I'm not sure what you describe as messy, but I only think facial hair looks good when it's not patchy/uneven. I don't like how a clean shaven person looks and I personally think Simski looked better with a beard. Almost 100% of the time it is personal preference and very rarely will everyone agree that a certain facial hair looks bad, and I honestly think everyone should just have a look they're comfortable with and suits their lifestyle.

I agree, although I think beards tend to be superior. That's obviously bias, though.
I tend to get a lot of compliments from guys, but that's about it.
I once had a dream I had a beard and I'll be straight with you, I genuinely looked fabulous.

one of the first pics of this girl im seeing was of her long hair pulled over her face like a beard on okcupid
it was so androgynously hot
We've been through this, never trust a man whose beard doesn't join up.
[QUOTE=metallics;42284619]We've been through this, never trust a man whose beard doesn't join up.[/QUOTE]
why does everyone keep saying this
[sp]actually it's true, my beard doesn't join up and I lie a LOT[/sp]
One more reason to say - "Autumn, I ruv you"

if choosing to look good instead of having a scraggly ass beard and terrible peircings is vapid then who wants to be otherwise
[QUOTE=NoDachi;42283405]PoY: vapid opinion edition[/QUOTE]
more like "nerds crying that their peach fuzz looks like shit"
