when i saw the commercial, I thought it would be another "scary Movie" based on twilight... it was that bad.
You can't adapt the series.
It was aimed at teens, but full of gore and horribly depressing death.
They missed the mark completely.
After Twlight, everything like this is dead to me. Then again, never heard of this book or whatever the hell it is.

Damn, I didn't know this was based on Cirque du Freak! I thought it sounded very similar but I guess it just didn't click in my brain. I'll have to watch this, hopefully it won't turn out like shit.
My friend was obsessed with these books at one point, so hopefully he'll enjoy this.

I'd have to disagree with you there, maybe if I was to re-read it now, I may not like it as much, but it was aimed at very young teenagers and enjoyed a great deal of success.
I still enjoy the man's writing.
