Started an animation of Chell Can't get TVPaint to export it at a slower framerate for some reason

Changed the colour scheme [editline]21st July 2012[/editline] Oh and this is where I got to yesterday in the animation
I really liked the blueish hair. It gave a cool contrast with the background
YOUR COLOUR PALETTE IS WASHED OUT ROWLLROLWOLLOR
I really liked the blueish hair. It gave a cool contrast with the background
I liked it too but I couldn't get it to fit after I went for the darker background Update:
Finished it woohoo!
Pose looks very natural. The skirt is a bit bizarre but whatever :v:
Dat Martens.
Where I've gotten to with that animation
Are you taking video reference for your animation? Right now the timing and easing feels really robotic and timing the keyframes out to a video reference can really make a difference.
Finished it woohoo!
Wow! THat's really cool. And also reminds me of her art a bit. The colors and the hair, I guess.
Where I've gotten to with that animation
She needs to turn her head before she moves her arm. You don't aim at anything from the corner of your eye, you spot what you want to aim at and then turn your head with your arm, then when you're looking at it you aim properly and shoot. The head body and arms are also completely uncooperative. Moving both your arms twists your torso, stomach area and neck in their direction. Only the head can move on it's own, only affecting the neck.
Is that a gun? I thought she was hitting a ball with a baguette D:
Is that a gun? I thought she was hitting a ball with a baguette D:
It's Chell shooting with a Portal Gun. You can see the whole shape in the first frame.

What are you using to animate it? I'd suggest animating a rougher outline in flash first to get the movement right.
Are you taking video reference for your animation? I see it does look robotic but I'm really not sure how to fix it :/
She needs to turn her head before she moves her arm.
What are you using to animate it? [editline]23rd July 2012[/editline] arghjkjer tried to fix it Doesn't look any less robotic. do you guys think I should just colour and line it anyway? or should I just move onto the next one?
it's still really frigid, seriously. make the movements yourself and take notice of the fluid nuances of the body's movement. that and do a much rougher version first (i recommend flash) to get movement right

just download the trial or something
Her breasts move of their own accord, 10/10
Her tits are haunted [editline]23rd July 2012[/editline]
just download the trial or something
I would but I don't really like the flash look. I'm sure I'll be ok in TVPaint
