1) Press Controls (wrench on the top of the page)
2) Go to Settings & Options, press "Edit Options"
3) Scroll down, click the scrolling window and choose "Standard Editor - Extra formating controls"
4) Press Save Changes
5) Congratulations, you can now see this screen when you press "Go advanced" under "Post Quick Reply" ;
