Good thing you got all that rain to water help with the soil erosion, not if the trees being burned away didn't help enough already.
Rain is really weird when half of the trees around you are palm trees. At least it didn't rain too hard here.
-____________- what? -______________- Wait, are you serious an earthquake.
Yes, there was a minor earthquake a while ago.
I fucking LOVE this sudden weather change!
Fucking Cochella Vally not getting any rain. Curse you rain-shadow effect! :< I envy all of you else where in socal. [editline]08:58PM[/editline]
-____________- what? -______________- Wait, are you serious an earthquake.
Earthquakes are common in California, it comes with living on a fault line.
Pouring here in Sac, CA. 20-50mph gusts of wind. One hell of a sudden storm. Edit: I love northwest weather so this is great to me.
Holy fucking shit. Another Sac person here? Anyway, there are branches everywhere in the road out in the Tahoe Park area of Sac.
Also, has anyone experienced a situation where one side of the road is raining and the other isn't? Where you can literally put your hand into the rainy area and not get drenched. and that wtf moment when you drive under a passing cloud that's just pouring rain. :tinfoil:
I've heard you can do that somedays in Hawaii.
Well this "storm" has failed me. Not a single bolt of lightning or thunder here. After all day of constant rain, what a load.

Yeah it just started raining today in Orange County. I was pretty excited. But our Homecoming Dance is this Saturday, so the rain can stop for that day.

First time it's rained where I live since last winter.
It was pretty grey in Long Beach. Some heavy rain in the morning followed by some occasional light sprinkles.

But of course, as soon as the class ends it stops raining. :saddowns:
It was pretty grey in Long Beach. Some heavy rain in the morning followed by some occasional light sprinkles.
Yep. Was sitting in class today staring out the window hoping it would start raining hard. :sigh:
Holy fucking shit. Another Sac person here? I saw a branch almost hit this car, barely missed it. Crazy how it just started up in one day.

I tried to get as wet as possible today at school. I just love overcast, 60 degree weather. It's calming. I'm in SoCal and in 3 years it's rained like 4 times.
