Scottsdale, snobs and country clubs everywhere. :ohdear:
and lots of suburbs where all the houses look exactly the same. We do have some nice desert nearby though.

I dare you to try finding my house.
It's a little place I like to call Los Angeles:

I don't get it, I thought a parish was a church?

This is Bristol UK.
I took it ages ago, but it hasn't changed much since then.
At the moment it looks a bit like the picture of Finland in the OP. It's not as cold (only about -4), but just as white.
I'll take a camera with me tomorrow and get some pretty pictures.
Mine has zombies
And guns laying around everywhere
EDIT:here's a pic:

Here's a picture from back home that I took on my last flight. One of the few times Missouri's looked pretty!

Here's where I'm staying now--though the picture's from last winter, and I got moved to a room that doesn't have that awesome view so I can't take another:

Picture is from last year, but it's still rural and cold and grey right now so it's pretty accurate.
I was expecting the second post to have L4D2 pictures. I was happy to see that it's not so.
Right now, I cannot photograph anything outside, as fucking Swiss weather decided to go on an all-white.
Tyrone is made of nothing but a load of gypsy camps and shops

nothin like the smell of carcinogenic industrial chemicals in the morning
10 cm thick compacted snow/ice on the sidewalks and shit and white trees. Not much snow though, so it doesn't look as pretty.
it varies.
Most places are strip malls and boring townhouses galore

I tried searching for images of Lucan on google, but they all show the village, looking all peaceful, this is the sprawling mess of housing estates I live in.

You live in such nice places. I bet you get helluva view at night on the night sky. I'd do anything to have a house in the middle of nowhere and sit everynight with a pair of binoculars and just admire the universe...Instead I'm living in an apartment building with another one right in front of me...

This is the dead crackhead town I live in. Interestingly enough, it used to be very much alive and booming. In the late 1800s it was the world's leading producer of oil, and it also housed a Coca-Cola bottling factory in the early half of the 1900s. As well, it was also the shopping center of the area. Almost all of the shops along the streets were filled with appliance and clothing stores, as well as car lots, etc. Now, there's a supermarket, a Subway, 5 pizza places, and bars. It's dead, and quite sad.

I genuinely live in what used to be a parish community called Kirby. We got lots of this
