RIP Zyzz For those of you that have heard of Zyzz before, you will be shocked to find out he recently died. Aziz "Zyzz" Sergeyevich Shavershian died in hospital last week after he was found unconscious in a sauna in Bangkok. For those of you that have not heard of Zyzz before let me fill you in on why he was such a popular and inspirational guy. Aziz Sergeyevich Shavershian was born March 23rd 1989 in Moscow, Soviet Union. His family background were a mix of Kurdish, Armenian and Persian. Before Aziz started working out during his highschool years, he was an avid World of Warcraft player and was in the top 100 PVP players in Australia. He graduated highschool with a UAI ranking score of 86.3. Aziz later sold his world of warcraft account for over $500 which he used to purchase a gym membership and start working out at the age of 17. A year later he got his first tattoo which was "veni vidi vici" on his left pec. Zyzz attended the highly respected Macquarie University. He resided and trained at Fitness First Carlingford. This picture was most likely taken a few months into Zyzz’s progress, as we can see there is a huge transformation from his original size. Now, you may think Zyzz was born ripped, but the reality is he wasn't. Zyzz worked for those Ab's like anyone else, all from the foundation of one of the skinniest ectomorph figures you could find. So, for the stick thin readers out there thinking "impossibru", think again! Zyzz was widely known for his incredible aesthetics, amazing trolling abilities, but more importantly for inspiring thousands of people across the world to live and enjoy life. He was undeniably someone who lived for the moment & spent every day as if it were his last; which is a message that ought to be passed on to others. A true example of showing anything is possible. Many internet users felt hatred towards him due to his confidence and self love; however, no one deserves such a disastrous death at such a young age. More over; many of the people who had respect for him mourned on his death, few even admitting to shedding tears, I prefer to remember the way he lived. It turns out Zyzz posted a bit on facepunch. Here are some of his threads: http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=979451 http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1019403-My-new-Trolling-Video-Discuss-your-favourite-part-ZYZZ-IS-BACK Note: These are the sorts of threads he would make across a lot of internet forums to try and provoke a reaction, which he did quite successfully on facepunch. He released a book, began promoting bodybuilding supplements and made countless videos in character as "Zyzz"; an aggressive and flamboyant, heavily-tanned showman. Throughout his studies he also worked part-time as a stripper with the male revue Sydney Hotshots. Zyzz has inspired thousands of young men to start bodybuilding. Here are some of his videos: Please don't post disrespectful comments, this thread is for remembering and paying your respects to the aesthetic god Zyzz.
R.I.P. sweet prince.
Haven't heard of him, but it sounds like he lead a good life. R.I.P.
Didn't really know him that well, but it's sad to see someone die that young. R.I.P.
I not going to be able to take this thread seriously with a bunch of half naked pictures of him. I find it disrespectful.
RIP god of /fit/ who will be crowned next
I'm glad I work out now. I really want to get a body like that. Wonder how long I have! Just comes in do time I suppose.
Please don't post disrespectful comments, this thread is for remembering and paying your respects to the aesthetic god Zyzz.
the "aestethic god"? jesus it's a shame he died but why on earth would you play into his alpha bullshit

I did hear he died. And I was not shocked in any way. In fact, I didn't even care.
I not going to be able to take this thread seriously with a bunch of half naked pictures of him. I find it disrespectful.
He was known for his aesthetic body. You can leave the thread if you don't like it.
Oh ya, I remember him, R.I.P
I did hear he died. And I was not shocked in any way. In fact, I didn't even care.
Why even post this?
RIP god of /fit/ who will be crowned next
Jojan aint dead
Why even post this?
Because everyone is making it out to be a big deal. He didn't do much except post pictures and videos of himself on the internet for people to fawn over and troll internet forums. That's my opinion and I'm just going to read this thread now.
The two threads in the op show that he was a douchebag on facepunch or at least what I can see.
The two threads in the op show that he was a douchebag on facepunch or at least what I can see.
Pretty sure that was just a troll posing as Zyzz.

Will take around 3 years and a few steroid cycles with amazing nutritional knowledge and work ethic. You will need a at least 3 months of heavy research on what steroids to use, when to take, what PCT to use, how to combat side effects etc.
Aw shit. [editline]12th August 2011[/editline] ITT: Facepunchers seem to negate death with "Hes a bad poster" grow up.
Holy shit, how could he have been putting that much exertion on his body with an untreated heart condition for that long?
The two threads in the op show that he was a douchebag on facepunch or at least what I can see.
jelly
jelly
Nah I don't want to be obsessed with my body.

(I'm not looking to be a douchey body builder, but I can't go on being this skinny prick.)

(I'm not looking to be a douchey body builder, but I can't go on being this skinny prick.)
Eat caloric surplus of 500 calories with at least 1g protein per lb body weight. Find a good routine that hits your whole body with an emphasis on compound lifts. e.g Madcows or Starting Strength. Focus on lifting heavy and progressing each week in weight or reps. Do this for 6-10 months and you should look good and have a good base. If you want your six pack back now, focus on losing fat by cutting calories back to a 500 deficit whilst still focusing on lifting heavy for a month or two. Congratulations you now have a better body than over 90% of people in the world in around a year. Don't worry you will never look like a "douchey body builder". Most people don't have the genetics, patience, nutritional knowledge or work ethic.
What a shame. [SUB]i dont even know him lol[/SUB]
-snip it's in OP-
He seems like a pretty chill guy in real life that promoted healthy lifestyles. And some of his videos brought a chuckle out of me. I find it really hard to read that he actually died.
