When you've been here as long as I have and have been friends with so many facepunchers, I knew one I was good friends with would die eventually, but it seriously takes me off guard to learn it's Zyzz. do you know anything about lifting or bodybuilding? if you're fat, it's really quite easy to get definition if you're lifting. cut. floating around 30% body fat would be no wonder you can't get any definition, go on a diet and get yourself down to even 15% and tell me "some people can't get definition"

if you're skinny as fuck, increase caloric intake (of healthy foods not mcdonalds and tons of saturated fats) drink your protein shakes and continue lifting. you'll bulk up like a mother fucker. every person has the ability to shape their body, sure not everyone can look like Zyzz because genetics determine some things (like his sickly traps) but quit being a lazy fuck and believing in that "genetics is everything" bullshit
