Nation States 2 not only has a more, well, "Jennifer Government/Ayn Rand" theme to it, but it also has a War Element they are planning on enabling shortly. This, and the fact that what you choose for decisions can have a large impact on your countries development (as in, either becoming more urbanized, or developing Nuclear Power/Nuclear Weapons which can be used later in the War Element.)
