Really I think the Nambu pistols get a lot more flak than they deserve. The only real flaws of the gun would be horrible quality control and the crappy Japanese cartridges it used. Blowing my own trumpet a bit, and I've already done one kukri post here, but I got a kukri, along with karda and chakmak for myself a week ago, and I think they're pretty cool. The chakmak looks a bit like a second karda though, not sure what's up with it. It's pretty standard buffalo horn, leather, brass and steel. They were put together with shit materials and at the end of the war they were more or less made of twigs and stones.
