Another Star Wars weapon, the Bryar pistol
always baffled me how Katarn lifted and FIRED that with one hand but then again he was Force-sensitive and so on
I always liked that gun, so I'm trying to make a Bryar pistol/luger mashup in sketchup. [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/PQ4rRPg.png[/thumb] The trigger area needs work and I'm planning to greeble it up.

The DiamondBack .357 is the best revolver ever.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/yr2Rp62.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/byuV5YF.jpg[/t] A diagram of the inner workings: [t]http://i.imgur.com/oc2L2ZE.jpg[/t] Source claims this to be the first autoloading handgun. It isn't semi automatic, the gun fires when the trigger is released. Pulling the trigger cocks the gun and brings a cartridge up from the integrated magazine into position, releasing the trigger allows the breech to close and the firing pin to slam forward and fire the cartridge. Bizarre design. The cartridge was the proprietary 5mm Brun. Apparently a recent auction on a single bullet of this rare ammunition reached 135 Euros.
The DiamondBack .357 is the best revolver ever.
shut your slutty mouth Is your diamndback boring .357 semi automatic? hell no it ain't.
always baffled me how Katarn lifted and FIRED that with one hand but then again he was Force-sensitive and so on
It wasn't because he was force-sensitive. It is because he's the coolest guy in Star Wars [editline]31st July 2013[/editline]
Hardballer is a very good looking gun [img_thumb]http://www.imfdb.org/images/a/ae/TERMSE_SIDEA-5.jpg[/img_thumb] [img_thumb]http://www.imfdb.org/images/3/37/TERMSE_SIDEA-18.jpg[/img_thumb]
I like that old fashioned laser sight.
Might as well post the ghetto ass setup they used for that laser
that was high tech at the time yo
that was high tech at the time yo
And it still took two hands, a pocket, 10,000 volts, and more space than a spare slide (almost as much as a more compact gun) would.
I'd take a Coonan .357 over the Hardballer...
the grip size combined with the angle makes those things ugly as fuck, eugh
I don't know of many other semi-automatic handguns chambered in .357 mag, so its this or a Deagle, take your pick. Plus I think the grip on a Deagle is much thicker...
Mateba Autorevolvers can be chambered in .357
Mateba Autorevolvers can be chambered in .357
Can you buy one in the US? Or anywhere for that matter?
Of course you can - they're just hard to find since they're somewhat rare. Then you get the 2006M, of which only 3 are in the US. Also the .454 Casull chambered Matebas, which are the rarest calibre to get one in - .357 is the most common.
I think he was pointing at the word auto-revolver and taking it for a different meaning like a fully automatic revolver, which it is not. it's just semi automatic which means the cylinder turns and the gun cocks after it is shot. Which makes them really enjoyable to shoot compared to a standard revolver actually.
I actually kinda want a Model 6 tho
I'd love a Model 6 Unica OR a 2006M - but I have the additional issue on top of paying for one and importing it etc of being in the UK aka they'd probably either never let one through customs or it'd be butchered and never able to be fired again

That way it comes as a bunch of machine parts rather than as a firearm.
