The barrel is so short it doesn't really do much to stabilize the round when it leaves the barrel. It also doesn't get up to a very high velocity because most of the powder doesn't burn off because of the barrel length. Because of that they're not really effective unless you're at point blank range.

It's loud as FUCK, has a massive muzzle flash, and isn't really accurate. Whenever you fire that thing, it's basically a signal flare to everyone else to let you know where you are and what you're doing.

I love the Vintorez, but its identical to the VAL on the inside, and even when its disassembled its still larger than an assembled SR-3. The wood stock does make it super classy though, nice to see wood on a modern weapon.
