Theres going to be a lot of weight in that upper, especially the barrel, if it wants to remain accurate after firing a few shots. That weight will negate a lot of the recoil, just like any other 12.7x99mm anti material rifle will. If you try and use a polymer lower with it, at most you'll get a crack around the area that holds the buffer tube, typical polymer lower breakage.
