There needs to be a rule in this thread that everyone has to post the name of the gun under each picture.

never played metal gear solid 3
also if i were to get a semi-automatic handgun what would be the closest to a revolver reliability and simplistically wise? m1911?

A M1911 is not going to be reliable as a revolver, at all, ever. Get a P226 or just about any glock.

1911 are probably one of the most complex and difficult to use handguns out there. Get a Glock if you want simplicity and reliability in all conditions

Here's a muzzle-loaded semi-automatic pistol. It's takes standard USPS paper and cardboard rounds.
[editline]18th April 2013[/editline]
It's also almost as heavy as an M1A1 Thompson SMG.

It's okay, I don't know Russian I just know the alphabet. I thought it meant something I didn't know.
For some reason i really love the wiesel, it actually fits in a CH-53G and can be transported anywhere.

i'd want something with stopping power.
i do know about the glock 40 round. i don't think i'd wanna go 45 with such light pistols though.

you can get a glock chambered in 45. GAP or 45. ACP

If you want stopping power then get something in .357 sig

oh hey, whats this thing....

Oh why Hello there Glock 31! how are you today? Whats that? You say you're chambered in .357 sig? Incredible, so much stopping power in such a classic and reliable package.

Oh hello there Glock 32, Glock 31's more petite sister! Whats that? What did you say? You're chambered in .357 sig too?? Amazing! So much stopping power in such petite and easy to use design! You're awfully big for concealed carry though aren't you?

Wait, who's this? Glock 33? Glock 32's loli sister? Whats that? You're chambered in .357 sig too??? Incredible!
Sig Sauer also has a P229 chambered in .357 sig

ACP packs a wild punch, the GAP seems to have as much powder as the 40 S n' W... so would the GAP basically be an ACP with a lower muzzle velocity, larger bullet and less recoil? (more similar to the .40 but slower with a bigger bullet)
are there any non glocks that fit the category i seem to be looking in?
[editline]18th April 2013[/editline]
you can get .357 hollowpoints as a civilian owner?

You can get an XD or XDM but it has a grip safety so have fun getting stabbed because you're not gripping your pistol properly. Just buy a Sig sauer P22*
And seriously, look at the wound canals of a round before you decide on one for self defense. I know Tom Hanks killed a Tiger tank with a 1911, but .45 ACP is very over exaggerated.

Do you live in the US? If yes then you can get hollow points
hollowpoints changes everything. i thought they made them illegal, i guess it's just dumdum bullets.
[editline]18th April 2013[/editline]
also i'm kinda ignorant in this area... i have no idea what that wound canal chart means at all.
i never really knew a .357 would have more stopping power than a .45

ur a dumdum
yeah those are all hollowpoint bullets, no wonder why.
a .357 bullet FMJ would have less stopping power than a .45 FMJ
