More of a request if anything, but does anyone have that picture of a Russian soldier with like 30 PKMs and an assortment of AKs on his back
Here ya go
It does shoot big ass spikes. The barrels are smoothbore and the length of the projectile causes massive tumbling out of the water. They're only effective out to about 10 yards above water, and about 40 under

CAN YOU HANDLE THE TACTICAL ~dead on target~ Yep, SG556 is still the best gun chambered in 5.56. Your AR's might as well just be tactical door stops.

no uts is terrible.
KSG is better but still not a great shotgun
alternatively ksg is better and is also a great shotgun
implying you will actually ever find a fucking KSG. Keltecs production run only made like 3 of them.
I see them at gunshows all the time.
me too but when I do they're twice or even 3 times their retail price.
implying you will actually ever find a fucking KSG. Keltecs production run only made like 3 of them.

me too but when I do they're twice or even 3 times their retail price.
Finding them for an inflated place 'all the time' = / = 3 total production run and impossible to find
because saying there was only 3 wasn't a blatant exaggeration or anything i was totally serious theres only been 3 made and they're at the same Florida gun shows over and over since production duh guys
because saying there was only 3 wasn't a blatant exaggeration or anything i was totally serious theres only been 3 made and they're at the same Florida gun shows over and over since production duh guys
i wasn't saying literally 3 total productions of it i was pointing out the fact you've said time and time again that 'ksgs are impossible and super hard to find!!' and yet here you are flip flopping and saying 'yeah they're super hard to find except i see them all the time at gun shows' [editline]21st September 2013[/editline] i love you but your opinions and posts are just totally off the wall sometimes
i wasn't saying literally 3 total productions of it i was pointing out the fact you've said time and time again that 'ksgs are impossible and super hard to find!!' and yet here you are flip flopping and saying 'yeah they're super hard to find except i see them all the time at gun shows'
You'll see 1 or 2 at gun shows (and they'll cost well over their MSRP because of how hard to find they are) because theres always 20+ retailers and dozens of private sellers at gun shows. Seeing a rare gun there isn't a surprise at all. Now finding one of those at a single gun shop or on gun-trade forums isn't going to be as easy. I've seen several Norinco .308 SVD's, SVT-40's, MG-42's, and even some super odd ball guns like FN-49's, but that doesn't mean you're gonna find any of those guns at your local wal-mart's sporting goods section.
alternatively ksg is better and is also a great shotgun
ksg is garbage
why no pics
ksg is garbage
why are you and prussel always shitting on keltec Ive loved every gun Ive handled made by them
lol asteroid disagrees how many KSG's you got up in michigan? [editline]21st September 2013[/editline]
why are you and prussel always shitting on keltec Ive loved every gun Ive handled made by them
keltec makes good guns, the KSG isn't one of them.
Kel-Tec's greatest fault is that they're not big enough to adequately test their designs and make revisions in a timely manner. [sp]Or produce more than 3 guns per year.[/sp]
why are you and prussel always shitting on keltec Ive loved every gun Ive handled made by them
kel tec used to be good, back before they outgrew their company. the demand for their products are too high and they can't afford adequate R&D or testing because they can't make enough guns because they're working in too small an area with too few employees also kel-tec products tend to feel more like chinese toy-grade plastic rather than the high quality polymers you'll find on Glocks or magpul products. [editline]22nd September 2013[/editline] the KSG in particular is clunky to load and has serious feeding issues and the ejection port is in the worst spot imaginable. kel tec guns universally are range toys and nothing more. And I at least want my range toys to be reliable.
Alrighty, more strange rifles!

what's it do? or rather, how does it do it?
what's it do? or rather, how does it do it?
It looks like a double action revolver with a straight-pull hammer. As far as I can tell, a ratcheting wedge rotates the cylinder when the hammer is pulled straight back. Not sure how the hammer is connected, but the shape of the wood block above it leads me to believe that the mechanisms for cocking the hammer are inside it.

This is the same system as the Dreyse needle-fire rifle. As wikipedia explains:
The name "Zündnadelgewehr"/"needle-gun" comes from its needle-like firing pin, which passed through the paper cartridge case to strike a percussion cap at the bullet base.
Specifically the 4" barrel? I'm curious just how the bottom-aligned barrel affects the felt recoil.
