they've moved the charging handle location though so it might have changed

note in the current AK-12 the old charging handle slot is filled in and the handle is at the traditional AK position but at the top of the bolt carrier

Forgot about that, I googled it and I see what you mean; CH used to be way forward under where the topcover used to hinge.
Also, AK-12 variants (old style)

Isn't the smg in Bioshock: Infinite based on that?

doubt it. only thing those 2 have in common is the heat shield.

It also has a sight setup pretty similar to the earlier Lanchesters:

Grip and stock setup aren't all that different either (although some parts are made of different materials), and the magwell is only offset slightly.
Also one of the variants in game fires from a snail-mag very similar to the MP-18's.
well uh, the charging handle is on the wrong side of the gun and the heatshield is much thicker and shorter than the one on the lanchester. Front sight is also hooded.
If it's really based off the lanchester, it's done so very very very loosely.

Looks like a modernized version of the OTs-14 with an underbarrel modernized version of the Tishna silent grenade launcher.
Edit: Called the OTZ-69

Found an old USMC combat knife the other day in my girlfriends barn. Blade is still clean and sharp but the handle is coated in shit and i'm going to be cleaning it up soon, i could post pics if anyone cares
Please do man. Also I'm assuming it's a KA-BAR?
There seem to be a lot of higher-caliber rifles and handguns remade in .22; I understand this is for cost of ammunition or training purposes, but some of these just feel like they wouldn't stand at the same level as the firearms they're based on.

a KA-BARN
I'll see myself out
Main reason I'd might buy a .22lr clone (Which I never will) is because the weapon they're based off of is INSANELY expensive. The .22lr SCAR clones are a .22lr variant of a $2-4,000 rifle, and the STG-44 .22lr clone is a copy of a insanely rare WWII era rifle that not many were made of and even less made it into the US.
.22 rifles are fun as fuck too. I've got a .22 AR, the thing is quiet as hell with virtually no recoil. You can just pull the trigger as fast as you can just for the fun of it. Not to mention .22 is cheap if you can find it. My M&P 15-22 is actually pretty accurate to boot. I would love an STG-44 in .22.
Henry VIII had a mace-gun. I think it is cool.
