No, it cant kill you, but it CAN murder your eyes. Apparently its for subduing enemy troops, like the Active Denial System. Looks fucking bulky though.

They took a Centurion and plopped it a little ways away from the epicenter. They detonated the bomb with the tank facing the epicenter. They gave it a full load of ammo and left the engine running. When they came to check out the tank, all the armor plates on the side had been blown off and throw a few hundred meters away, antenna was gone, the optics were all ruined from the sand that got thrown in them, and the cloth mantlet was incinerated. The engine had stopped but only cause it had run out of fuel. They fueled her back up, drove her off site and then sent her to the Vietnam war. I always imagine a squadron of them quickly running in and wiping out a whole area with shells or heavy caliber cannon fire, blowing up a bunch of tanks and stuff. Just always been really neat to me.
