yeah but it's extremely practical since you can't put a foregrip on a pistol.
yeah its extremely practical apart from the fact that you cant drop the gun, sling the gun, change which side you are shooting on, aim without fully extending your arm, or use any scopes that have eye relief intended for usage with a stock so oh wait its retarded and extremely impractical
yeah but it's extremely practical since you can't put a foregrip on a pistol.
You can, however, put a Magpul AFG on a handgun. Someone wrote the ATF to make sure, and yep; it's legal, since you can't actually properly hold the gun by it; only support it, so it's not technically not a grip.

And you can still drop the gun and attach a single point sling to it easily; the strap isn't glued onto your arm lol. You're not going to be going into combat with a rifle that doesn't have a stock to begin with anyways so it's silly to complain how uncombat worthy it is when it's not even meant for combat. It's like complaining a race pistol isn't as good as a P226 is in combat. AK, AR, and SG pistols are meant for range and hunting use.
you cannot just drop the gun, if you let go with your shooting hand, what happens? you can, as you said, "take it off" but you cant drop it at all or put it down without the use of your off hand
You're not going to be going into combat with a rifle that doesn't have a stock to begin with anyways so it's silly to complain how uncombat worthy it is when it's not even meant for combat. missing the point of a product 101; by timebomb
missing the point of a product 101; by timebomb
give me the low down on why I would spend $140 on something that is awkward to use and has no useful function at all, oh guru of the arm-brace might as well post some content while arguing: the worlds cutest AFV BATTLEWIESELS \ battlewiesel aint scared of no insurgents
give me the low down on why I would spend $140 on something that is awkward to use and has no useful function at all, oh guru of the arm-brace
Because you can fire an unwieldy pistol one handed at the range and use a more compact rifle caliber pistol when hunting, if thats your thing. I mean have you ever held a AR/AK/SG pistol before? They're front heavy, especially when loaded. The point of the brace is to more or less use your arm as a counter balance and let you stabilize it. It's as close as you can get to an actual stock without getting a tax stamp for an SBR. You can fire it one hand on the forrend or both hands on the pistol grip, it's not like by putting the strap on it's suddenly an exclusively one handed gun. You're looking at a AR pistol like it's meant for combat when it plainly isn't intended for that. It's just a range toy.
Poleweapons are cool.
I like how the Ahlspeiss looks like a sword stuck onto a long wooden handle.
Pollaxes and billhooks are rad, too. And pikes.
No doubt but see, the Halberd was like the WMD of the time, you had armor penetration, slashing, could drag people off horses, it was awesome. Nobody fucked with anybody that was skilled with a Halberd.
That's probably gone be too heavy to keep stable with 1 arm. Unless you only have 1 arm, i don't really see the point of this.
You have totally tried these things.
that would not work for me at all i can't even hold my arm straight out without shaking
You can still use it as a regular stock, it's just loophole stuffs.
that would not work for me at all i can't even hold my arm straight out without shaking
I remember seeing something like it mounted on a grenade launcher once, but aside from situations where you need an arm free, its not a practical addition.

You got a fuckoff long mace, and then; just in case whoever you're beating up isn't impressed with plunt trauma, you got spikes on it. Morning stars are rad, too. I like blunt weapons. 420 bash it, sodomite.
I like how the Ahlspeiss looks like a sword stuck onto a long wooden handle.
Thats like the Naginata, basically a Katana blade on a pole, and there were versions where the blade and pole were the same length. I believe the chinese had a similar polearm where they attached a broadsword blade to a pole.

Or out ranged by a dude with a Halberd, haha.

I love war hammers. I dislike the common misconception that they have to be large, heavy objects. They just put a spike where it hurts, that is the centre of the skull. Say goodbye to your fancy armour and helmet.
I'm not sure how old it is, but I have a flail in my home. Probably not from the middle ages or anything lol, but the spiked ball is quite heavy.
Don need no stinkin special made pointy spike on a stick can jest as easily use my fathers axes, that his father used before him and his father before he you see Agnar the Smith ain't no good with the smithin, so he cen only make simple things like axe heads but thas good thin if you ask me cause ye see me and me son, Fromundsun, both use axes and we can clearly a Christian Village in a day and the thing about an axe is that after me and Hlodvir finish killin most the Christians, we can use our axes to build a pyre to start burnin the ones hol up in the church. cant do that with no sword or pointy spike. Hrothgar try to convince me that his sword is better but he lost that argument after my axe cut to his teeth and sent him to the golden hall up high
Maces aren't quite as heavy as you'd think; about the same as a bigger sword.
I know but that's still most of the weight at one end and a hardy swing with anything can knock you off balance.
Anyone got any cool weapon cross-sections or animated interior mechanics? I always love seeing those.

I miss miniguns. They used to be all the rage as the ultimate "fuck you" weapon in games. Here's an unused concept for the heavy rifle in Deus Ex so perty
