It'd be so much cooler if it wasn't Swedish...
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, the AK5's handguard is super-cool looking, and it's mags look pretty neat, if not a bit cheap. Just.. Y'know. Swedish. Gross.
Yeah.
That handguard is ugly as fuck. AK5 masterrace
Well, the AK5's handguard is super-cool looking, and it's mags look pretty neat, if not a bit cheap. Just.. Y'know. Swedish. Gross.
swedish stuff isn't bad at all. Not as bad as danish crap.
swedish stuff isn't bad at all. Not as bad as danish crap.
Bitch, we invented the LMG and the automatic shotgun.
Bitch, we invented the LMG and the automatic shotgun.
So you claim...
Now I've found this one.. apparently it's a Lichtenauer.
Correct me if I'm wrong but Lichtenauer was just a 14th century German Fencing Master who's work and tradition/lineage is probably known as the most famous style of German Longsword besides Talhoffer and Meyer who based his longsword off from Lichtenauer anyway albiet with modifications. Of course there were types of longswords fencing masters preferred e.g. Fiorre vs Meyer's preferred specifications for longswords but a 'Lichtenauer' sword doesn't make much sense. Not historically anyway since they're pretty much longswords. Is that sword a recreation from Pavel Moc? That would make more sense if a modern sword smith applied specific names to their weapons instead of calling them "weapon no. 3 with Oakeshott Type XVa + hilt based off from X found in Y and now held Z museum".
I like pump shotguns more to be honest
So you claim... The Sjogren also entered production in 1907, A-5 had been out for a good 2 years at the time. The two guns also used different operations, Browning used long recoil, Sjogren had inertia recoil. Also Sjogren himself was Swedish, just the manufacturer was in Denmark.

But the inventor was Swedish. Suck on that.
Also Sjogren himself was Swedish, just the manufacturer was in Denmark.
Invented by a Swede, built in Denmark, for the Norwegians, yes. Truly the shotgun of vikings.
Danes, Swedes, whatever - Who cares in a thread about WEAPONS?!
Rillers jokes about Sweden got old 100 pages ago, move along. What is this?

Here's another one, sadfully I don't have much information about it other than it being based on a German sword from the 1500's. Ah renaissance era longswords are friggin' stunning. It's funny since I always had this fixation of medieval/renaissaince arms and armour just before they fully went out of style. Longswords were going out of fashion during the 16th century and so was plate armour. I suppose it's because, in a way, they show off their very best right before they go away. And yeah here's info on that sword: http://www.myarmoury.com/talk/viewtopic.php?t=20478 Custom made sword from 'Arms and Armour' and supposedly it's one hell of a recreation.
Just look at these magnificent bastards. Truly epic.
Nothing like a good old Scottish Claymore though [IMG_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/fT1YUtb.jpg[/IMG_thumb]

People talking about shotguns and swords why not put 2+2 together [t]http://photos.vwmail.net/d/2688-1/W1897+Trench.jpg[/t] A slam-firing sexy as fuck shotgun with heat shield and a long-ass bayonet. [t]http://cdn2.cheaperthandirt.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/M97Trench-gun.jpg[/t] I've posted the trenchy more than any other gun in this thread but I can't help it. Germany tried to fuckin' ban this gun in the war because they were getting pounded too hard.
I love Zweihander's look.
[t]http://www.thetallestman.com/images/piergerlofsdonia/piergerlofsdonia (2).jpg[/t] 213 cm long and weighs about 6.6 kg. It's definitely a very unique zweihander/two-hander/greatsword which supposedly belong to Pier Gerlofs Donia, a man so strong that he could effortless bend coins with just his fingers.
I couldn't lift that no matter how hard I'd try.
