Literally a squig with an old anti-tank mine strapped to it. In the game rules, the bomb squig is sent after enemy vehicles, which normally works well, but you have a one in six chance of it running after one of your own vehicles every time you use it! I actually lost a match because of this once.
Putting the gun inside of its own stock is brilliant.
There's a Western equivalent, too! The H&K VP70. Might not look like it, but the production actually started in 1970 (hence the designation). It also happens to be the first polymer framed pistol and basically it's just cool as all get out. Oh yeah it was also in Aliens.
Stock-holsters aren't a new/1970's thing, either. [t]http://hoveysmith.files.wordpress.com/2010/10/mauser-and-hi-power-with-shoulder-stocks.jpg[/t] [editline]31st December 2013[/editline]
Can we please please have a Mauser C96 dump? I don't care if it's Spanish, Kuomintang, or a Schnellfeuer.

The detachable box mag is better, no doubt about that, but the stripper-clip fed internal is just so sexy.

Putting the gun inside the stock is so last year; putting the stock inside the gun is the new cool thing
I'm sorry how the fuck does tabletop WH40K game works. I only want the models to play with them like LEGO. That's my only reason for wanting it.
Loads of models, dice rolling, spergery, and wispy neckbeards. :v:
I'm sorry how the fuck does tabletop WH40K game works. I only want the models to play with them like LEGO. That's my only reason for wanting it.
it's turn based, and basically you spend 5-15 minutes measuring movement distance and rolling dice for damage, hits/misses, character-specific extra abilities etc and then on the next round the enemy elite squad/commander/supertank/Titan gets a good set of rolls and shoots your best unit/squad/vehicle/army to pieces
And in terms of actual design it's basically a Hi-point with the HK logo and a price hike.
Well, the difference is that the VP70 is 70's era HK (read: quality), and Hi-point is, well, Hi-point. Also, you can't club someone with a VP70.

Her with a 7.62x39 AKSU, fireballs galore. That and the reverb off the hills sounds awesome.
i want to make sweet love to that muzzleflash
Does anyone here still have that old picture of a bullpup BAR? I wanna say the picture was a clipping from a news article about the politics of US Army weapon adoption.
Does anyone here still have that old picture of a bullpup BAR? It wasn't a bullpup B.A.R. if you meant this thing: http://www.forgottenweapons.com/m14-development/t31/
No, that wasn't it. I remember it very distinctly being a bullpup BAR, you could still make out most of the receiver, I think it was designed by a guy named Loren.

Or this, Model 45A bullpup, uses BAR mags:
You know, I've seen this picture before and never gave the gun much thought.
It was posted here a looooong time ago (page 47 of this thread), personally I thought it was a pretty interesting design, and I was looking for it again since I think it might be possible for me to build a model of one out of some other guns.
Found it! Thanks for trying though MAC.
Oh god that looks rear-heavy as fuck!
