Good grief, this piece of junk would be just fucking impractical in real life. It's like the ugly bastard child of a rocket launcher and a minigun.

Guessing they got the inspiration for that forward grip from the ZB/Bren? It's hilariously impractical for anything else than prone shooting/AA mounts.
Everything about that rifle looks cobbled together and not in a good way.
not really, it's a pretty neat design. It's a man portable AA, anti material, and long range anti infantry weapon. I don't know anything about it's round penetration statistics, but it looks like it would make an APC cry or make a transport helo fall out of the sky.
Is that supposed to be a gas tube over the barrel
Yeah, it's an adjustable gas block so you can tune it to run normally suppressed or not, also different types of ammo, so that it cycles reliably.
Everything about that rifle looks cobbled together and not in a good way.
that's exactly why i want to try it

Everybody post your favorite gun that's from the timeframe 1880-1930.
I prefer vintage Czechnology. Your modern stuff is just not the same.. [img_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/WP_20130404_014.jpg[/img_thumb] ZB Vz.30-J. 7,92x57 IS, 10 kg of milled steel.
:)
Snub 260 from Blacklight: Retribution Single action, stupidly high rate of fire.
The Blacklight devs have some... interesting weapons. That one looks like a Rhino swallowed an MP-412. I also got a chuckle out of the tiny strip of rail you couldn't possibly attach anything to. Not really my cup of tea.
if we want to get into impractical guns [t]http://images.wikia.com/fallout/images/c/c4/RedGlare.png[/t] this thing is just plain useless in fallout, it blinds you when you fire, so you can't fire full auto, has godawful spread, and does relatively low damage without high explosive special ammo [editline]25th April 2013[/editline] [t]http://www.lonesentry.com/manuals/recoilless-weapons/57-mm-recoilless-rifle-bipod-shoulder-fire.jpg[/t] this should be in fallout instead, because recoilless rifles are awsome
