A burst in a closed room like that is probably equal to thousands of hours in a loud factory. I've been 10 yards away from an AR-15 out in the open and caught an earful of 5.56 going off without hearing protection, ears didn't stop ringing for a week. Reminds me of an episode of that shit show, they took two AR-15s, modified them to be Full-auto, put a cooling jacket on the barrels and mounted them to a turret with C-mags in em. No way in hell would that last, it's already a serious gunsmithing undertaking to replace a barrel on an AR-15, now you'd have to do it every 5 minutes of shooting. The "not an idiot about guns" part of me was screaming at them for being such idiots. Would've been cheaper to buy a M240B or a SAW, plus they're made to have easy barrel swaps.
