i swear the Hind has the most menacing frontal profile ever
[t]http://st.gdefon.ru/wallpapers_original/wallpapers/244618_mi-24_-super-hind-mk_-vertolyot_1600x1071_(www.GdeFon.ru).jpg[/t] ya especially after the west's technology got involved [editline]30th March 2014[/editline] i mean seriously, look at the before and after pictures [t]http://img.gawkerassets.com/img/18nz61oruw2jzjpg/ku-xlarge.jpg[/t]
I don't like how the Hind is so tall. It just seems off.
I don't like how the Hind is so tall. It just seems off.
It's not that it's that tall, it's that it's narrow. Hind is to the Hip what the Cobra is to the Huey; same engine and transmission and jazz, all slapped in a sleeker package and with more dakka. Also, regular Hind is so much hotter than Superhind, you guys. Sure, it looks meaner with the 30mm and the bulging front, I guess, but it totally breaks the awesome curve and the sleek, smooth and rounded looks the Hind got going.

I swear the replicas somehow were using this from time to time to drop troops off
So long as we're talking about the Hinds with bubble cockpits, they're all cool as fuck, but those early models look pretty lame.
I found this, and the SAM simulator is pretty cool.
They throw those at you in BCT during FTXs, at which time you must awaken and don your body armor, helmet, web gear, boots and rifle and run to the bunker. Fun times.

Looks alot cooler with the drum mag but idk, heard those jam like crazy
Goons with AK's look bad ass, but if you gotta step it up a notch.. AMD is the only answer.

Somehow I was expecting that.
I mean AMD's good, but if you want real firepower you've gotta go green
I mean AMD's good, but if you want real firepower you've gotta go green
I'm pretty sure only an Nvidia is capable of temperatures that high.
I love my AMD-65. We have a 40 round mag that barely makes it past the handguard, but looks fuckin' awesome when the stock's folded :v:
The AMD thing reminded me
20 round AK mags are hot.

[t]http://laststandonzombieisland.files.wordpress.com/2013/04/h-912-transport-container-for-mk-54-sadm.jpg[/t] well on the tangent of small nuclear weapons... this is about as close as you can get to a suit-case nuke in the kiloton range [editline]31st March 2014[/editline] the scary part about this is not that the U.S. ever deployed it, or operated a school dedicated to training to use weapons like this, its that a russian defector claims that the USSR had placed many of these type devices throughout the world in strategic locations, as a fail-safe. this same source has identified hidden supply caches on other occasions
Am I to believe that the U.S. developed a small nuclear bomb that has atleast a kiloton of power, probably costing a good few millions of dollars and they decided that to do it justice, they propped it up on a chair and took a picture in some guy's living room? [editline]31st March 2014[/editline] "How are we to blow Russians up with this thing, it looks dorky as hell?" "I dunno, but could you put it on the chair? I want a picture."

Pictured there is a H-912 transport container, part of the Mk-54 SADM (Special Atomic Demolition Munition) system, an American made backpack casing for the W-54 class nuclear warhead, with a yield between 10 and 6 KT (6.000 tons) of TNT, same device used in the Davy Crockett weapons system. Plan was to paradrop engineers into enemy territory, then use that lil' thing as an area-denial weapon, mainly in narrow mountain-passages like the Fulda gap between east and west. And the Americans did indeed have a school for it's use, aptly named the The Atomic Demolitions Munitions school. In Virginia.

Oh I completely misread, I'm an idiot. Thought your post said "Scary part is that the US never deployed it..." and so on. OH WELL; I'll let my post stand because it contains informations. And now also a pic of dudes in suits looking at the thing. Mhm dem FAL's and G3's (minus the DMR one <_<) No offence, but that SCAR's stock looks like a melted boot.
That's just a carrying pack. It probably doesn't actually have anything inside of it.
Well still, doesn't look like it's commercially available, I'd expect more out of whoever made this. It is supposed to carry a nuke.
