Wow, you're right! Now it really is perfect!
Heh, good ol days ey.
Am I a dirty sinner if I like this?
Your friends not half bad. Making some fallout animations as I type, and its as much a hair-pulling experience as it is a learning / productive one. Your design also isn't half bad, much more down to earth than a lot of these sort of whacky re-imaginings tend to have. But then I guess you do post in the facepunch shooty thread.
I actually think I made that before these threads were a thing, even though my friend animated it far more recently.
Yeah I did, the oldest file I got of it is from a couple weeks before the original coolest/ugliest weapons was opened (about 2 years and half a month ago). Wow I didn't realize I'd been doing this kind of stuff for that long.
I've done some pretty silly stuff too, like this

That is a Nagant revolver with its chamber stretched out, that I then slapped on an MG-34's barrel, sights, and stock. Because I wanted to do something with RO2's content and was high on sleep deprivation.

Love it. xD
Would be awesome to see what you'd do to a FG42...or an F2000..

An FG-42 I'd probably tacticool out.
An F2000, I don't really see the appeal of doing all that much with a plastic boat

beyond converting it into a pair of shoes.

damn you gotta take the fast-reload perk in Fallout to ever need that kinda heat-shield

I think I once did something like this when I was learning how to "edit" 3D models...
Oh, so that thing is .22? that explains so much.
It's been posted before, but seeing it with a magazine in makes it slightly less confusing.
Actually, I take that back about tacticooling an FG-42, if I could do anything with one of those, I'd turn it into this thing

Could probably use RO2's MG-34 for most of the belt-feedy parts, but I need to find a picture of the other side to do that.
Wait a minute, that thing doesn't have a rear sight.
I'm sure there's a rear sight somewhere, just maybe it's folded down.
I'd imagine using that thing left handed would be a pain in the ass unless there's something keeping the belt off the grip.

Thats the US's M60 project taking shape, very neat.
Using the MG/42 belt feeding assembly:

7mm with an underfolder. Thats a recipe for disaster if ever I saw one.
7mm with an underfolder. Thats a recipe for disaster if ever I saw one.
I'm really curious how well it cycles because that is one hell of a long stroke and its got to be beating up the rear trunnion and BCG pretty badly. Never mind your jaw and shoulder...
At least they were forced to remove the 3rd pin for the auto sear so the idiot can't go full retard with it.

2/10 not an FN SCAR stock.

It's a replacement for the Gunboats

Practical problems?

"It has a magazine which makes it automatic"
[editline]18th April 2014[/editline]
Oh shibbered I just noticed the C96 barrel is separate from the Webley
is it bad that my first thought on seeing that wasn't about how comfortable or practical it'd be to use or anything, but wondering how/where the c96 would eject its empty cases?
Okay. Hate to double post.
But can ANYONE explain the logic of this to me? I get the need for high capacity in a 3-gun comp. But isn't that silly mag extension just going to make the thing ten times slower and harder to handle?

Or do the double muzzlebreaks provide so much compensation they offset the weight of the mag? :s

No, thats what I first thought too. Apparently the artist says its been re-routed to the left. No pics to show how on earth that was acheived though.

Not only that, but he's got 3 or 4 of them clipped to his belt, and I can't imagine running with them all flapping about. Its like hes never heard of drums, or they don't work with his high speed magwell mod.
VEPR-12 master race.
Edit: Just google 3-gun Saigas and you'll see all kinds of derp.
N64 Duck Hunt is calling...

Wouldn't having the revolver's barrel and trigger affixed directly to the Mauser's barrel screw up the short recoil action? Not to mention the cylinder gap would make it pretty painful to fire that part. And of course the stock is now far too small to function as a holster.

damn, it's like the 10mm pistol from fallout fucked a c96
damn, it's like the 10mm pistol from fallout fucked a c96
So you mean the 10mm pistol from Fallout 3 fucked the Chinese Pistol from Fallout 3.
So you mean the 10mm pistol from Fallout 3 fucked the Chinese Pistol from Fallout 3.
nah, I meant the f1/f2 pistol that was also a revolver

Pretty sure this is a photoshop.
2/10 not an FN SCAR stock.
As Kase4159 covered, I did it because the soldier has shoes called the gunboats.
Also the SCAR stock I was going to do for the Scout model but then Valve screwed over modding and I wasn't able to get stuff working again to finish it.

3/10 optic not big enough.
That's the actual shooty part of the gun.
Where's the M203/fore-grip/laser sight?
1/10 would not operate
3/10 optic not big enough.
Its a thermal scope, oddly, paired with a laser weapon... Thats like attaching NVGs to a spotlight.
