It's the bastard child of a Remington Hunting Rifle, and AR-15. If it comes in .25-.45 Sharps, I'll buy it in a heartbeat. Best hunting rifle. By the way... One of these days someone will develop a .22LR in centerfire.
Kinda like .25 ACP? It's basically a centerfire .22lr
Isn't it also significantly less powerful?
North Korea still best Korea. Although I will admit your filthy capitalist K2 rifles are pretty nice.
Kinda like .25 ACP? It's basically a centerfire .22lr
Less ft/lb depending on the round, but it's close enough. I sorta wish .17HM2 caught on. Was a pretty interesting round.
Looks a lot more like an AR-18 IMO...
In some ways, but the magazine well/bolt catch are pretty much identical to the 15, and the upper looks more AR-15-ish as well Looks more like the rounded AR-15 than the AR-18's stamped block
Gah the way he repositions his hand after every couple of shots is super satisfying and I don't know why I wish stuff like that was in more videogames, I love to see minute details
Just for you Leonardo: WIP for New Vegas.
wow lol that's the laziest skin ive ever seen it's just one color??

apparently they were parallel developments, the k2 is actually older than the k1, but the k1 made it to market first i didn't know daewoo produced guns though, next time my brother is dissing them i'll have to mention that [editline]29th April 2014[/editline] he likes to make jokes about korean cars for some reason [editline]29th April 2014[/editline] oh ya i just remembered something
[t]http://www.strangecosmos.com/images/content/187645.jpg[/t]
right after that picture, that bomber got destroyed because it hit one of those planes, see the f104 on the far side how its a little close to the wing of the bomber? ya that crashed into the bomber like just after this picture was taken [editline]29th April 2014[/editline] his plane then proceeded to flip out and slice off all the control surfaces on the back of the b70, apparently this didn't actually trip any sensors so the pilots kept flying like normal till the b70 went into a flat spin and they ejected moral of the story: when you have only 2 MULTI BILLION DOLLAR AIRCRAFT don't take one of them and fly it in a very close formation for a nice picture
It's also surprising that one of the two XB-70 pilots stayed in the plane with no attempt to leave.
He was probably trying his hardest to make sure such a sexy (expensive) plane didn't suffer such a piteous end. Or his seat failed to eject, or the spins g-forces were simply too much for his body.
and the guy that fucked up was actually an experienced test pilot, which makes it quite odd. it's also surprising that one of the two XB-70 pilots stayed in the plane with no attempt to leave.
no the xb70 pilots ejected, the f104 pilot never ejected and stayed in the plane till it slammed into the ground [editline]29th April 2014[/editline] huh apparently 1 pilot from each plane died
Test Pilot Joe Walker (F-104 pilot) and Carl Cross (XB-70 co-pilot) were killed. Al White (XB-70 pilot) ejected, sustaining serious injuries, including one arm crushed by the closing clamshell-like escape capsule moments prior to ejection
the xb-70 had some weird ejection system because they were prepaired for ejecting at its highest altitude at supersonic speed obligatory aircraft photo [t]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/1/18/AIM-54_6_Pack.jpg/800px-AIM-54_6_Pack.jpg[/t] theres a lot of firepower hanging off this jet
Got my synthetic stock in today. I do plan on refinishing the original wooden stock some time in the future but this one should work nicely until then. Although, unfortunately, I had to cut off one of the rings that holds the wood bits together since I couldnt get it to come off

That would honestly be like a lot cooler if it weren't for the larger magwell, too bad they didn't scale that down.
That would honestly be like a lot cooler if it weren't for the larger magwell, too bad they didn't scale that down.
Yes, but since the receiver (both upper and lower) seem to be a copy of an M16, it made sense to copy the Colt 9mm SMG which used a block in the standard magwell to accommodate 9mm Uzi mags.
That would honestly be like a lot cooler if it weren't for the larger magwell, too bad they didn't scale that down.
Agreed, that's also the problem with the look of AR-15 SMGs, and 5.56 uppered LE901s, the lower receiver is designed to maintain compatibility with a larger cartridge, so when you stick shorter cartridges into it, it looks weird.

I think the Colt 9mm SMG and K7 look cool as fuck, who cares about the magwell being larger
Why would you do that? They come off really easily. Did you even attempt to look up some information on how they might come off?
I meant that I could not get it off of the barrel after I had removed the wood. Forcing it did not work and it did not slip over the front sight like the larger ring did. And I could not get the front sight to move with a punch. Maybe I didnt hit hard enough but I did not want to damage it.
