I feel kinda horrible for how hard I laughed at that

Just look at how much shit the T-90 got going on, with all the optics and add-on ERArmour and sensors and remote weapons systems, all bolted on top of that poor ol' T-72 hull instead of built into it.
It's sawn-off in the UK because sawed-off would sound too much like sod off.
Well, "sod off" is effectively what a sawed off says, isn't it? :v:

I don't like the way the military version's grip looks on it, it looks kinda dull.
My grandfather used to be in some sort of street gang in the 30s and 40s, and he owned a m1 tommy thing (He dropped it, the barrel fell off, then he threw it in the garbage, then got kicked out of his gang for breaking their only weapon)

They look terrible.
idk man, vertical grip and a ribbed barrel for better cooling sounds like a good idea
As do the adjustable sights, the compensator, ambidextrous charging handle, quick detach stock, and the capacity for larger magazines. Really the only positive thing about the M1 Tommies from a functional standpoint was that they were a lot simpler to build, thanks largely to them removing the previously mentioned features as well as the useless Blish locks.
i'm sure i've seen thompsons with ribbed barrels and non-vertical foregrips somewhere before
i'm sure i've seen thompsons with ribbed barrels and non-vertical foregrips somewhere before
M1928A1, it was sort of the predecessor to the M1 Thompson, kept over most of the features from the M1928, just with the M1 style hand guards and sling swivels, some productions of these also had the simplified sights from the early M1's (the kind without the protective ears).

Also of note is the fact that they aren't spraying rounds downrange on F/A like most middle easterners are notorious for doing.

The handguards that lack the palm swells found on most other AKMs is another tell.

meanwhile in China I mean look at that OICW-ish weapon
I kept expecting a balloon to fly out of the tripod mounted launcher.

These rail mounts sort of remind me of those Canadian flat-top Type-97s. Only slightly taller, and harder to use the charging handle.

Also the location of the light's switch nowhere near where you'd keep your hand. Unless the front thing is some sorta laser-tag system, and the switch is to tell the thing that you've reloaded, so you press it after cocking.
It seems like you'd be able to press it with your trigger finger, but it's still hella out of the way :v
Maybe it's their way of addressing the complaints about the weapon's poor ergonomics, add stuff that makes it even worse so soldiers will stop complaining about the base version.
Lemme just drop this here.. [sp]my dream woman[/sp]
Oh god I want that rifle so bad.
Oh god I want that rifle so bad.
Here ya go, get an AK or 7.62x39 AR, get a custom barrel made and put a suppressor on it.
