Looks like a Gepard M1 Hungarian made single shot anti-tank rifle developed in the late 1980s firing the 12.7x108mm Soviet cartridge.
Gepárd M-1
So the soviets decided to add a missile to the end of the plane in the past

Guess the gun [editline]10th August 2014[/editline]
Believe it or not, there's a sniper rifle under that pile of sticks and grass. Members of the Peru special operations sniper team used nearby grass to conceal a rifle for the sniper stalk event of Fuerzas Comando 2014 at Fort Tolemaida, Colombia, July 26. Teams from 17 nations across the Western Hemisphere are competing from July 23-31, not just to determine a winner, but also to enhance their training and strengthen regional and multinational cooperation, mutual trust, readiness, and interoperability of special operations forces in the region. Special Operations Command South serves as the U.S. execution agent for the exercise. Fuerzas Comando was established in 2004 as an U.S. Southern Command-sponsored special operation skills competition and fellowship program.
Very hard to guess but I'd say SR-99 since they're Peruvian and based on how low his trigger hand is
So the soviets decided to add a missile to the end of the plane in the past
any info on that? seems like a stupid idea especially with the person sitting ontop of it
And why the drastic change in picture quality at the top?
P sure it doesn't fire the missile from the back of it. The missile is a KH-58, I'm pretty sure they're using the AN-12 as an airborne laboratory to test the warhead. It's an anti-radar missile so they're probably testing the warheads ability to pick up radio waves.

By the way, Hawk is one of those American backronyms that exist primarily to sound cool, and secondarily to be an acronym for what it means. Homing All the Way Killer. I shit you not, Hawk stands for Homing All the Way Killer.

It never occurred to me that it meant anything. And speaking of silly testbed planes: F-22 was not immune.
At least it's not as bad as Great Britain. Nice. They have Nice. You know what Nice means? National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence. Yep, they skipped 'health', arguably the most important word in the name and instead added an excessive 'excellence', just so they could call the organization 'Nice'.
Nobody can beat NASA's backronym game.
Nobody can beat NASA's backronym game.
That's self-aware, though. It knows it's stupid, and it revels in the fact.
Now 60% more likely to explode in your face! But really, takedowns are rad.
for some reason i'd be inclined to say that the craftsmanship on that was probably pretty good compared to other japanese guns
