It's a proprietary lower. It's designed to be styled like a pump action AR, but legal in places where real AR's aren't. They make it in .223, and it can take normal AR mags and triggers (I believe pistol grips as well, and I'm sure if it takes off they'll make an AR stocktube adapter).
The rifle was originally called the PAR, but I assume they changed that to reduce the amount of golf puns.

Well hopefully they can import it into Australia. Probably won't be possible though given Customs can arbitrarily ban firearm imports if they have a 'military' appearance.

i think since the sr-71 is a bit bigger and a bit heavier the theoretical top speed is slower than the a-12 but since the SR-71 actually was able to do the fastest and highest record its proven fastest

also the engines did get incramental upgrades over the course of its lifetime so that probably alone would make it faster than the a-12 which was retired in 1968 as opposed to the sr-71's 1990's retirement

Nah, A sword would leave you with a few seconds of thinking left I'd think, whereas a bullet doesn't give you a final few seconds of pain.

I mean, you can't tell people are in pain from having their head chopped off due to their airways and vocal chords being hacked off 'em. A bullet to the head destroys it all. I'd rather go out in a sudden bang than a painful silent whimper.
