cali legal mka 1919 :suicide:
I've said this quite a few times on FP before, but I live in CA and have never seen one of those stocks. I don't know what it is with those things, but from what I know a normal stock on an AR is perfectly legal, and you don't have to get one of those abominations. Hell, I even have an AR-15 and the only thing separating it from any other AR is a different mag release.
cali legal mka 1919 :suicide:
This actually looks cool, but only if they cut out the inside of it like the SL8/9.

But if we do wanna talk about California's more absurd laws, how about the fact that on your Assault Weapons Ban the word Steyr is misspelled and the Beretta BM-59 is credited as being made by Springfield Armory? Or that this is a destructive device? [sp]it's because the glorious SKS of the glorious Socijalistička Federativna Republika Jugoslavija has an integral 22mm rifle grenade launcher on the end of the barrel, in California that's considered the weapon.[/sp] Also that may be the sexiest picture of an SKS that has ever been taken.

Not much point to them though.

I've always wondered how that would work, since the cylinders don't even line up with the barrel. Also, wouldn't firing it hurt your crotch?
yeah but if you ever want to take that mag release and switch it to a normal one, you have to disfigure your AR to make it look like that
You can get by the bullet button law by just putting a small magnetic attachment that attaches over the bullet button and then works like a normal mag release. There's really no reason to.
cali legal mka 1919 :suicide:
how the fuck do you even hold that is the right side hollow?

That revolver looks actually quite good. 5 round of .380 in something that size is nothing to sneeze at.
how the fuck do you even hold that is the right side hollow?
Talking about stocks... The bullpup Springfield M1903. :suicide:
...why
Because between the M1903 and the M1 Garand, the USMC was looking to improve their service rifle. This was a very legit attempt at doing just that. The idea behind it is very sound, too bad the execution is... Well, about as clumsy as you'd expect the worlds first bullpup rifle to be.

It looks like the bolt in the furthest back position would be behind the stock..

According to wikipedia these Thorneycroft carbines were developed by an English gunsmith in 1901. That bullpup Springfield would, obviously, have to be from no earlier than 1903.

Far as I can tell the Springfield was the first one that anybody took seriously. Thorneycroft tried getting the British Cavalry to use his carbines, but they were almost done putting together the SMLE at the time, and when they gave it a try they found nothing but problems with it. Also, I like the FN-49 It's like the FAL's older half-sister.
That's how it'd look when ready to fire... Quite possibly a contender for least useful weapon in history, given it's holy trinity of no ergonomics, no firepower, and capacity to empty it's magazine in literally one second.
Usable by assassins, maybe? The bolt operates inside of a tube, so you could hold your hand over the top, and the barrel is threaded to mount a suppressor.
Usable by assassins, maybe? I'm not usually one for requests, but I'm working on another gun model and I could use some suggestions for good modern style "tactical" stocks, preferably folding and not AR-15, any ideas?
