Still would be infinitely safer to build an AR though.

Something tells me you shouldn't try to play this, although I'd love to see if it actually plays a note when you fire it.

Metal Slug is so aesthetically pleasing. [editline]3rd December 2014[/editline] I wish I didn't suck so bad at them.

I've been thinking about scratch building a pistol caliber bolt action carbine. Something low pressure, but bigger than a .22. Eventually i want to try my hand at a semi-automatic intermediate cartridge rifle. The mechanics all make sense to me, and shaping the parts is easy enough with the right tools.

It would be neat to see some more pistol caliber bolt-carbines, there's a ton of lever guns and semiautomatic rifles in pistol rounds, but for bolt actions it seems like it's pretty much go big or go .22LR, aside from some De Lisle carbines.

I think a falling block action in 9mm would be a superb plinking rifle.
