Well it's got "MP7A1" on the grip so I'll assume it's that.

I know this, guns are my jam. It's an H&K MP7A1.

Probably either a replica or a prototype given that the stock is from an original MP7, the fore end is from an A2 (with rails removed) and the barrel is too short for all of them.
