I like them all. They have that kink to it. 1st from the left looks like something a gangster would shoot up a meeting with. [editline]19th June 2013[/editline] While smoking a fat cigar of course.
Just reposting this for the benefit of the guy a couple of posts above.
Thank you. Was on my phone when it posted that and it doesn't take too kindly to Facepunch.
I've always liked the USP Match in terms of both performance and style.
H&K americu cause lol922r compliance.
Pistol's don't fall under 922r.
Pistol's don't fall under 922r.
No but they fall under a point system, which is why certain glocks in .380 are banned or LEO. Each part of a gun earns certain points, and calibers below 9mm get much less than ones above it, which is why many companies build their compacts inside the US (like Taurus) instead of trying to import them.
Here have an HK54, the original MP5 prototype The first thing I think of when I see that magazine is a broken texture but overall I like the look of it.
glocks in .380
Why would you even why is that a thing .380 has been obsolete for a couple dozen years now I mean this just doesn't make sense (well unless you want a cheap plinker but nobody buys a Glock for plinking) [editline]20th June 2013[/editline] actually wait .380 is cheap here so I guess if I wanted to be gangsta I could buy a gluke + a giant box of .380 and blast away holding it sideways without caring about ammo but then again 9x19 isn't exactly an exotic expensive round either and it, unlike .380, is something I'd feel has enough power to actually protect my ass too (yeah, I know, a bullet is a bullet, but still)

And plenty of people buy Glocks for plinking.
Alright now I'm almost positive Hickok has access to a time machine, three days ago he showed a gun from the future, now he's got one from the 1860s [sp]It's a replica, sorry[/sp]
Fair point, I guess. I always thought 'bout Glocks as more of a rugged self defence handgun though.
They're relatively inexpensive, reliable, simple to operate and clean come in plenty of different calibers and sizes, and have a pretty large large aftermarket for accessories and parts. They're incredibly popular in the US.

Is it just for practicality and ease of use or something?
Pardon me if I sound decrepit, but what exactly is the difference between a curved magazine and a straight one? Is it just for practicality and ease of use or something?
Curved ones feed certain rounds (in the case of the MP5: hollowpoints) better.
Pardon me if I sound decrepit, but what exactly is the difference between a curved magazine and a straight one? Is it just for practicality and ease of use or something?
It depends on the cartridge and the case; 7.62x39 mags are banana shaped because of the tapered cases whereas 5.56 isn't and doesn't require the magazine curvature. Typically, shorter and straighter rounds go in straight mags, though most longer rounds that are straight do as well, i.e. 30rd FAL mag, 30rd M1A mags are both 7.62x51, which is a longer but straighter round. [editline]20th June 2013[/editline] The one they made in 10mm is my favorite.
