G36 - couldn't get a real one (UK) so I got a BB gun imitation version. Sexiest gun ever.
I like the Nerf Vulcan. Upcoming Nerf Mega Centurion. I don't care that this will cost $50, I will get it. 100ft ranges, darts twice as large as normal Nerf darts, a fucking two-foot draw. Awesome! Nerf Zombie Strike Sledgefire. Triple shot break action 3-dart shotgun with dart cartriges and ~70ft ranges. Damn cool. Zombie Strike Crossfire Crossbow. Looks okay, no real info on it, but unlike most Nerf bows, the arms actually look like they do something. Unlike most Nerf revolvers, which are slide-action, this one actually lets you cock it with a hammer, meaning you can actually dual-wield it. Nerf blasters are just cooler.
I see the new Halo 5 weapons are coming along nicely
I wish nerf guns were this cool when I was a kid. The 8 year old in me is having an orgasm over a belt-fed nerf gun. The coolest one I had was this guy [editline]20th July 2013[/editline] i mean it's still badass af but you get what i'm saying
Airsoft > Nerf
Airsoft > Nerf
Don't start this. They're for entirely different environments.
Airsoft > Nerf
real guns>toy guns toy guns should stay in the toy gun subforum thanks
real guns>toy guns toy guns should stay in the toy gun subforum thanks
airguns can be just as fun
airguns can be just as fun
air guns are rad as hell, but they're not exactly airsoft or nerf darts.
airguns can be just as fun
Firing .177 caliber caps made of led or brass at speeds around or above the speed of sound is a bit different than fining a plastic BB at 300 fps.
Firing .177 caliber caps made of led or brass at speeds around or above the speed of sound is a bit different than fining a plastic BB at 300 fps.
well below. air can't accelerate faster than the speed of sound.
Your average Gamo air rifle is going to shoot around 900-1000 fps with lead ammunition and up to 1300 with lighter ammo.
Your average Gamo air rifle is going to shoot around 900-1000 fps with lead ammunition and up to 1300 with lighter ammo.
900-1000 fps is well below the speed of sound no airgun can shoot faster than around 1200 feet per second without dieseling. [editline]21st July 2013[/editline] nitro-piston guns would be an exception but they don't actually use air
well below. air can't accelerate faster than the speed of sound.
air can certainly be pushed past the speed of sound
Say what you want about CoD kiddies, but kids being interested more in real guns for their toys sure has lead to companies like Hasbro producing very gun-like toys. Just look at this thing:
air can certainly be pushed past the speed of sound
pushed and expanded are different things.
toy gun subforum
link?
Actually the bottom bit is modified onto it, it's not an official part of it
It's still got a collapsible stock, magazine, reflex sight thing, and a front sight. Back in my day all nerf guns were either spring loaded single shots, or revolver type and had no accuracy what so ever. Now you chidlins have LMG's, AR's, and sniper rifles Even Arnold Schwarzenegger up there thinks it's ridiculous [editline]21st July 2013[/editline]
link?
beep boop
I need to stop buying nerf guns but damn. That Mega is something else
Actually the bottom bit is modified onto it, it's not an official part of it
I know, but still- detachable box magazine, pistol grip, collapsible stock, reflex sight, BUIS, 'threaded' barrel, semi-auto fire. It's a freakin' Nerf AR. How cool is that?

It's very simple and uncluttered. I very much like it.
Does this do anything for you guys?
While it does looks very nice (I usually hate engraving and gold plating) I prefer something a bit more practical. I really would like a C96 though
Theres always beauty in function, and rarely beauty in lack of function. Which leads me to the A1 Skyraider Look at this ugly pig This ugly fucker was a beast. Could carry up to 4 tons of ordanence and had 15 hard points for loading everything from gun pods to mine layers. This disgusting pig specialized in ground attack and air support. They could be launched from an aircraft carrier or an airfield. one interesting thing about this aircraft was that it was so powerful (2,700 HP on a single prop ffs) that on landing and takeoff on a carrier, if the pilot gave too much throttle it would turn the aircraft instead of the prop because of all the torque. The A1 flew during the Korean and Vietnam war, and is the bad-ass grandpa to the famous A-10. hi grandpa [editline]21st July 2013[/editline] oh yeah, one thing I forgot to mention was that the aircraft could fly for 10 hours non stop and keep doing gun-runs if it still had the ordnance. There was also an incident where when a sortie of A1's were giving air support, one was shot down and crash landed on an airstrip. The pilot bailed out safely and took cover. When the enemy was less than 200 meters away, another A1 sky raider pilot landed his aircraft on a debris littered airfield, picked up his comrade and took off. The pilot of that aircraft was the first living recipient to receive a medal of honor in the airforce. Oh, and an A1 skyraider was also credited for shooting down a MiG17. A MiG17, you know, a super sonic jet fighter.
Well...subsonic jetfighter, but a feat nonetheless!
The MiG tried to joust the A1 head-on. I guess he forgot that the A1 carried four cannons.
Well...subsonic jetfighter, but a feat nonetheless!
oh my bad, it was the MiG21 that was supersonic.
