A lot of people have different kinds of highs. Like I said earlier, music was never really better when I was high, it was pretty much the same. You must be someone who really gets an enhanced sense of sound when high. None of them really did drugs besides Syd. I'm of course omitting tobacco and alcohol. Someone said somewhere that Mason almost got kicked out for doing cocaine, but I don't know if that is legitimate because I've only seen it on some forum posted by some random person.
No, it was Richard Wright who was actually fired for not contributing to the band during the Wall era, most likely due to his coke addiction. David Gilmour also became a cokehead after he was separated first wife between MLOR and The Division Bell, but his new wife helped him out of it. "It's a drug that does nothing for anyone...it left me with a prematurely aged heart" - David Gilmour

Oh god, Saucerful of Secrets is fucking awesome as well. I did not expect this. I must listen to every Pink Floyd album now. No more focusing on Wish You Were Here, Dark Side of the Moon, or the Wall. MUST EXPLORE THE PINK.

I've never really seen that anywhere.

Why is her ass censored?
I never even noticed that
Why is her ass censored?
He's a fool for not getting the uncensored cover.
He's a fool for not getting the uncensored cover.
I couldn't be bothered finding a 400x400 uncensored version give me a break :saddowns: [editline]4th February 2011[/editline] Also my other Rog albums came today, Radio K.A.O.S. is good but I haven't listened to Amused to Death (except the first track, which begins with unmistakable Jeff Beck guitar)
Going seeing Roger at the o2 later this year Yes
Going seeing Roger at the o2 later this year Yes
Which date? I'm going on the 14th May
Don't know honestly, Our tickets haven't turned up yet, but I'll be near the mixing desk
How did you book the tickets without knowing a date :raise:
I didn't, My Dad did ages ago, I forget things easily
Didn't know that about Gilmour. Where'd you find this exactly? I've never really seen that anywhere.
It was in one of those biographical band books with the interviews. Not the one by Nick Mason.
I love Pink Floyd.
I'm gonna give this album a listen. I anticipate a very heart-filled album, Richard Wright is awesome.

I really hate Radio K.A.O.S though..
I really hate Radio K.A.O.S though..
Haven't heard it yet. But this Rick Wright album is awesome so far... seems crazy he only released 2 albums.
Amused to Death is fucking great. I really hate Radio K.A.O.S though..
I agree with you on Amused To Death (just listened to it), but I disagree with you on Radio K.A.O.S. It quite like the synth-y stuff, it reminds me of Momentary Lapse of Reason
Rick Wright is like the Ringo Starr of Pink Floyd. Lot of heart, except this time he is actually very talented :smug:
Okay... this is awesome Richard Wright has done good.
I wasn't aware Richard Wright could do bad
The ability to make bad music is a trait contained in everyone.
Shhh
