Well for starters, calling it "Heartland" is the most pretentious it could possibly get. Wonder what it could be about (it will most definitely be a concept album).

Another newly confirmed album artwork. :smug:
Holy shit, I just realised Roger was OLDER than old... I didn't think he was almost as old as Bob Dylan :psyboom:
He's the same age as my grandad :v: [editline]12th April 2011[/editline]
Another newly confirmed album artwork. [img_thumb]http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o202/akayz_people/watersheartland.png[/img_thumb] :smug:
I say the Gilmour era is the best.
I say the Gilmour era is the best.
It is the nicest :3:
I'd say I am more of a Gilmour-Guy. But I love all of the music that Pink Floyd has made, while Arnold Layne isn't really the kind of song I'd usually listen to, I still have a lot of respect for the music, and it is just REALLY GOOD. The music has changed (Progressed) a lot through the years, but I must say that Dark Side of The Moon is still my favourite. Another of my favourites is PULSE.
Surprisingly, my favorite is either Division Bell or A Momentary Lapse Of Reason. Though very close behind are Animals, Wish You Were Here and The Wall.
Any good videos of the Pros and Cons tour? [editline]12th April 2011[/editline] haha, never saw this before

Waters is by far my favorite era. I want to start picking up some Waters solo-work now...
Waters is by far my favorite era. I want to start picking up some Waters solo-work now...
Waters is my favourite Floyd singer, but my favourite era would have to be 1968-1972, hands down.
As I reach for a peach

I like Meddle-The Wall. I feel cliche in my choice, but I'm less a fan of the stuff before and after. This doesn't at all imply that I don't like it, I just have a habit of getting into albums and listening to them pretty constantly, and this hasn't happened [yet] with the other albums.
I'd have to say my favorites are from Piper to Division Bell
I'd have to say my favorites are from Piper to Division Bell
No love for Pulse? :saddowns:

Ummagumma is pretty trippy through headphones.
Although I consider the Gilmour era the most fun, Dark Side of the Moon is still my favorite. Next to that, Animals, next to that, Division Bell.
I actually really like the parts of "Alan's Psychedelic Breakfast" where there are no instruments.
Ummagumma is pretty trippy through headphones.
Pretty much. It's a brilliant album.
