Sorry, double posts are instant disqualification.
I just put my Ummagumma poster on my door. :h: I'm going to keep the Wall poster, I might tack that up under the Ummagumma one. My Ummagumma came with the collectors edition CD I got, and the Wall one came with the Wall movie. It's a re-issue of the movie poster for it. Sooooooo sick.
I have Pink Floyd The Wall on CED, and it has the original poster for the cover.

I have to take some song lyrics for analyzation in class. I'm doing Shine On You Crazy Diamond, I Am The Walrus, and I need one more...I'd like it to be a far out there song. Shine On is obviously about Syd, and John wrote Walrus just to fuck with people, so one more crazy/extravagant song would be nice.
I Love Pink Floyd, Dark Side of the Moon is one of the best Albums EVER!
I Love Pink Floyd, Dark Side of the Moon is one of the best Albums EVER!
Try Animals.

That's pretty awesome that you do lyric analysis in class, Pedro.

I think the Atom Heart Mother suite has true lyrical depth. :smug:

Would be cool to cover.
That's pretty awesome that you do lyric analysis in class, Pedro.
I think it's what we're doing, at least. It's either that or we have to take whatever literary devices we find in the songs and explain them. Like allusions, similies, metaphors, etc.

Although one would be more interesting to do than the other, you might look like a fish if you do.
Aye, I'll just see what the teach' says. She hasn't told us much about the project. I believe one of my big Floyd-loving friends is doing Welcome To The Machine among other Floyd songs.
I know its not a Floyd song, but you should do Tool's The Pot. It has some interesting lyrics.
