It's fine, Hakita. We didn't stream it in the end due to FP being down and I couldn't tell anyone when or where the stream was.
Re-do tomorrow.
I went to FYE and picked up Leadbelly's greatest, the Life of Brian, and then a copy of Delicate Sound of Thunder. I'm listening to Leadbelly at the moment, but I'm gonna put Delicate Sound in next.
I'm thinking about listening to "The Wall" as my first Pink Floyd album as well as my first 70's/80's album
I remember watching it when I was young when my dad had it on dvd a very long time ago, so I'm giving this one a shot.
I just want to know if it's a good choice or I should start with something else like DSotM

The Wall is very much a Roger Waters album, almost all of the songs are written by him and sung by him.
It's a great album, but DSotM is a much better album in terms of the whole group being involved.
I'd definitely start with DSotM, and then Wish You Were Here.
Yeah the thing with Meddle, Dark side, Wish You Were Here and Animals is that they're all "band" albums. It's obvious to see each members influence in the artistry.
Mostly on Dark side anyway.
The Wall was my first prog album... I think. :3:

Favourite album?
Any albums with Mason on lead vocals?
He sings on Scream Thy Last Scream, but other than that I don't think so
well except the line from One Of These Days
Oh and he sings on Corporal Clegg apparently
Meddle is my favourite Pink Floyd album, it's a pretty incredible album.

Everyone sings on Corporal Clegg
Which reminds me, me and some friends have decided we will perform Corporal Clegg for the school talent show next year :buddy:
