You should put Alan Parsons up there, as the main sound engineer for Dark Side of the Moon; it was his polish that gave an edge to the edge they already had. So he didn't play an instrument, but he really helped put the end product together, and is important enough to be remembered. I mean, have you heard the Alan Parsons project? pretty good stuff, really.

I heard that Gilmour and Waters always downplayed the significance Parsons had in making the record. Huh.

I don't know. While they were messed up in the head a lot of their live performances were forgotten about.
They kind of thought about something and just went along with it.
