I know, right. I too missed my local show because for some reason it didn't occur to me that "WAIT A SEC, I COULD BY TICKETS TO THE SHOW!" when the tickets came out.
I heard it was amazing.
My music teacher was at that show, described it as the best moment of his life in the past 10 years. Then he got interviewed by 5 live afterwards, but I don't think it got on air
I'm fairly sure the main reason it was THAT good, was the theatrics. Performance wise? :mmmsmug:
He said it was good, but the whole stage show was better than the music, I think he's just a little bit wowed because he bought the tickets on the night and got really lucky
Oh he was at the GILMOUR show? :psyboom:
Then of course performance wise it was awesome.

If anything, they'd work with some fresh new concept that Roger's got floating around in his head.
Reuniting won't be the same without Richard Wright though
Yeah, his keyboards really knitted their sound together pretty well.
Especially on the pre-Wall albums
A lot of my favourite parts of Pink Floyd are Wright's keyboarding
David Gilmour has pretty much cleared the air and said "No more new Pink Floyd materials" which he's been saying for years. Waters occasionally goes on about how its possible but really, Gilmour has point blank refused and there can be no Pink Floyd without Gilmour, let alone Wright
Roger can be Pink Floyd.
His solo albums are awesome.
Gilmour is still my favourite Pink Floyd member. That's probably why I like The Division Bell
The Division Bell truly was a brilliant album.
Wright will always be my favorite, I mildly dislike Roger, he's a fantastic artist and all that, but I just can't seem to [I]like[/I] him, hence why I wrote all other bandmembers names in allcaps...
The Final Cut is one of my favorite albums though...

I feel Gilmour is optimistic, in a sense that he has the capability to grow as an artist yet disregard some of what he's done already.
