I can't say I would have liked to see it live though
Echoes is probably Floyd's best piece. :saddowns:
I can't say I would have liked to see it live though
They are superb live. Very surreal at times.

Some of that is exactly the solo from Shine On.
I got 2 Pink Floyd shirts , a keychain, and a Dark side of the moon mug for Christmas from my sister!
A friend's dad (as is usually the case) lent me Saucerful Of Secrets and The Wall Live, so now I only need to get More, Ummagumma and Obscured to have the full set. (oh and p.u.l.s.e and delicate sound of thunder)
Their very early stuff sounds very nicey.
I just got big into Pink Floyd, I've got the Wall, got Dark Side of The Moon, Wish You Were Here, what album should I go for next? A friend recommended Saucerful of Secrets. What does Facepunch's Pink Floyd lovers think?
Animals. Pretty much.
Animals or Meddle.
Animals or Meddle.
Both :colbert:
Both :colbert:
The entire discography :colbert:
The entire discography :colbert:
I was wondering if there was a big box set somewhere where I could get the entire Pink Floyd discography. Anyone know of a place I could get it at?

Get "Piper At The Gates of A Saucerful Of Ummagumma Heart Meddle, Obscured by The Dark Side of The Moon" and "Wish You Were Animals in The Wall Cut of Reason Bell"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oh,_by_the_Way
I assume this is definitely buyable from amazon?
I assume this is definitely buyable from amazon?
Depends where you live, but where I am there are tonnes in stock.
Depends where you live, but where I am there are tonnes in stock.
Heh...I can't even find the box set listed on Amazon's American website. I know it USED to be there, but I don't see it anymore.
